A Capra Libera Tutti

Our impact on society.

Born from the ashes of a former animal farm, Capra Libera Tutti has become a collective project supported by thousands of people.

A place inhabited every day by animals and humans who share space, time, and responsibility.

We envision a world where animal liberation is intertwined with social and environmental justice.

A world where coexistence among species is not an exception, but a widespread practice.

We are a space for communicative, cultural, and artistic experimentation, and we carry our mission beyond the boundaries of this place. Here’s how we’ve done it so far.

Education and future

For us, education means creating the conditions that allow more and more people to better understand the present and imagine a different future. We design our programs in collaboration with educators and participants, tailoring them to different ages and contexts.

Advocacy

Capra Libera Tutti serves as a transitional space: a place that brings together animal, environmental, social, and cultural issues. The goal is not only to change individual consumption habits, but also to foster an awareness that can drive structural changes—in laws, regulations, and economic and cultural models.

A Mountain of Freedom

Last but not least: we’ve secured a long-term concession for the entire mountain above our home, bringing the total area we own (which was previously just over 10 hectares) to about 500 hectares.
For the animals that live here, the mountain isn’t an obligation. It’s a possibility. They can choose whether to climb it or stay closer to home. They can explore, wander off, and come back. For us, rewilding isn’t an abstract idea, but a concrete opportunity to engage in behaviors, relationships, and choices that had previously been denied.
